You can return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of receipt.

The product must be in its original condition (unused, unopened, with original packaging).

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns do not apply to personal items such as baby bottles, pacifiers, or breastfeeding accessories to ensure children’s safety.
🔄 How to Return:

We will arrange a pickup schedule for the product.

After inspecting the product and confirming its condition, we will refund your amount using the appropriate method.
ℹ️ Important Notes:

In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be sent after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered, delivery costs will be fully covered by us.
