طلب حذف البيانات الشخصية

في Baby In (babyineg.com) بنحترم خصوصيتك، ومن حقك في أي وقت تطلب حذف بياناتك الشخصية اللي عندنا. الصفحة دي بتشرح إزاي تقدّم الطلب، وإيه البيانات اللي هتتحذف فعلاً، وإيه اللي بنكون ملزمين قانونًا نحتفظ بيه.

البيانات اللي ممكن تكون عندنا

  • الاسم، رقم الموبايل، البريد الإلكتروني، وعنوان الشحن.
  • سجل الطلبات والمرتجعات وحالة التوصيل مع شركة الشحن.
  • محادثاتك مع فريق خدمة العملاء (واتساب / رسائل الصفحة / التليفون).
  • بيانات تصفّح الموقع (Cookies وأدوات القياس مثل Meta Pixel و Google Analytics).
  • اشتراكك في القوائم التسويقية لو كنت مشترك.

إزاي تطلب حذف بياناتك

ابعتلنا طلب الحذف بأي طريقة من دول:

عشان نقدر ننفّذ الطلب، محتاجين منك:

  • الاسم بالكامل.
  • رقم الموبايل و/أو البريد الإلكتروني المستخدم في الطلبات.
  • رقم آخر طلب لو متاح، عشان نتأكد إن الطلب صادر منك أنت.

ممكن نطلب منك تأكيد إضافي على هويتك قبل التنفيذ، وده لحمايتك أنت شخصيًا من إن حد تاني يحذف بياناتك.

مدة التنفيذ

بنأكد استلام الطلب خلال 3 أيام عمل، وبننفّذ الحذف خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ التحقق من هويتك، وبنبعتلك تأكيد بعد التنفيذ. الخدمة دي مجانية بالكامل.

البيانات اللي هتتحذف

  • بيانات التواصل والعنوان من قاعدة بيانات العملاء.
  • حسابك على المتجر لو كنت عامل حساب.
  • اشتراكك في الرسائل التسويقية (إيميل / SMS / واتساب).
  • محادثات خدمة العملاء المحفوظة.
  • بياناتك داخل قوائم الجمهور الإعلانية (Custom Audiences) على منصات الإعلانات.
  • مُعرِّفات التتبع المرتبطة بيك على الموقع.

البيانات اللي بنحتفظ بيها (استثناءات قانونية)

فيه بيانات مش بنقدر نحذفها فورًا لأن القانون بيلزمنا بالاحتفاظ بيها. في الحالة دي بنحتفظ بالحد الأدنى المطلوب فقط، وبنوقف استخدامها في أي غرض تسويقي:

  • الفواتير والسجلات المحاسبية والضريبية — القوانين المصرية (منها قانون التجارة رقم 17 لسنة 1999 وقانون الإجراءات الضريبية الموحد رقم 206 لسنة 2020) بتلزمنا بالاحتفاظ بالدفاتر والمستندات لمدة 5 سنوات.
  • سجلات الشحن والتحصيل لدى شركات الشحن، لحين انتهاء مدة التسوية المالية والمرتجعات.
  • بيانات متعلقة بنزاع أو مطالبة قائمة — لحين انتهاء النزاع.
  • بيانات مُجمَّعة أو مجهولة الهوية (Anonymized / Aggregated) لأغراض التحليل، وهي بيانات مش بتدل عليك شخصيًا وبالتالي مش خاضعة للحذف.

نتائج الحذف

بعد الحذف مش هنقدر نتابع طلباتك السابقة أو نطبّق أي ضمان أو استبدال مرتبط بيها، ولا نسترجع سجل مشترياتك. لو حبيت تشتري تاني هتبدأ من جديد كعميل جديد.

حقوقك

طبقًا لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020، من حقك تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك، تصحيحها، الاعتراض على معالجتها، أو حذفها. للتواصل بخصوص أي من الحقوق دي: ggiftopia@gmail.com.

Data Deletion Request

At Baby In (babyineg.com) we respect your privacy. You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request, what will be deleted, and what we are legally required to retain.

Data we may hold about you

  • Name, mobile number, email address and shipping address.
  • Order history, returns, and delivery status with our courier partners.
  • Customer-service conversations (WhatsApp, page messages, phone).
  • Website browsing data (cookies and measurement tools such as Meta Pixel and Google Analytics).
  • Marketing subscription status, if you opted in.

How to request deletion

Please include: your full name, the mobile number and/or email used for your orders, and your most recent order number if available. We may ask for additional verification before processing, to protect you from unauthorized deletion requests.

Timeline

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity. You will receive confirmation once the deletion is done. This service is free of charge.

What gets deleted

  • Contact and address details from our customer database.
  • Your store account, if you created one.
  • Marketing subscriptions (email, SMS, WhatsApp).
  • Stored customer-service conversations.
  • Your records in advertising custom audiences.
  • Tracking identifiers associated with you on our website.

What we must retain (legal exceptions)

Some records cannot be deleted immediately because we are legally required to keep them. In those cases we retain only the minimum required and stop using the data for any marketing purpose:

  • Invoices, accounting and tax records — Egyptian law (including Commercial Code No. 17/1999 and Unified Tax Procedures Law No. 206/2020) requires retention of books and supporting documents for 5 years.
  • Shipping and cash-collection records held by our courier partners, until financial settlement and the returns window are closed.
  • Data related to an active dispute or claim, until it is resolved.
  • Anonymized or aggregated data used for analytics, which no longer identifies you and is therefore out of scope for deletion.

Consequences of deletion

After deletion we can no longer trace your previous orders, honour warranties or exchanges linked to them, or restore your purchase history. Future purchases will be treated as those of a new customer.

Your rights

Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you have the right to access, correct, object to the processing of, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact ggiftopia@gmail.com.
